We are now looking for a colleague to head up the Fuel & Environment product team and to join our Consumer Services team; a leader who is passionate about people, connected solutions and who wants to make a difference for our exciting journey ahead. The aim of the Fuel & Environment team is to deliver premium fleet services within the fuel, environment and safety area. This is done with high customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high performing team of Developers, Testers, Business Analyst, Product Owner and Scrum Master.
• Recruit skilled colleagues to the team, both employees and consultants.
• Accountable for runtime, onetime deliveries and budget for the products and services in the domain.
• Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager and India Site Manager in the team regarding resource planning, WoW, deliveries runtime & onetime and budget
• Be part of the leadership team within Fleet and Transport Management, work with strategy, change management and evolve our way of working
• Be an ambassador for the Connected Solutions culture
• Last but not least, make sure the team has fun!

Your profile

You are a leader with strong relationship capabilities and enjoy working with others in flexible team constellations. We believe the successful candidate has experience from working in the software development area, digital services as well as broad experience from digital business and service design. Business mind-set, personal credibility and integrity are crucial personal characteristics. You have a passion for people, technology and a strong drive to deliver your products all the way to the benefits of the customers success. Your personality is your major reason for success, but we think you also have:

• Several years of experience as leader in an international environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• A university degree in business engineering, computer science or similar
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
• Valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen
