I am, Jenny Björkman, leading the unit of Customer Value Management and E-Commerce for B2B, where we now need to strengthen our team with a savvy Data Analyst, to make sure our customer interactions strives to shift the customer base in desired direction in terms of revenue, customer lifetime and satisfaction.

As a Customer Base Analyst you would be joining a team if different competencies such as Marketing Automation, Ecommerce and communication where you will add to the team by using and developing your SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills. Your contribution will help the business prioritizing the right initiatives based on insights and findings regarding customer behaviour, product usage, channel preference et cetera. You will work alongside our Data scientist to share knowledge about our customer base, create accurate target groups based on rules or predictive models, oversee customers assigned to different sales channels, evaluate performance of different activities and present findings and conclusions to continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Define & create target groups for usage in different channels, digital, Telemarketing, outbound sales as well as offline communication (price changes, migrations, offers)

• Analysis of our customer base and segments, installed base etc based on hypotheses or ad hoc requests form business

• Oversee channel distribution of customers (what customer is targeted in what channel) to ensure a good customer experience

• Present and share findings & conclusions and advise the business

Is this you?

To thrive in this role you have a curious mindset, always wanting to know more and drill down to the core of a problem/question in order to find the key driver to a certain customer behaviour or pattern. You ask questions to make sure the business stakeholders get what they need and comes with proactive recommendations when you see room for improvement. You have an advisory approach and good business understanding and can easily explain your conclusions and implications of them. You are not afraid to present your findings to various stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

• SQL

• Python

• QlikSense or equivalent data visualisation tool

• Communication skills – present your findings and potential implications to various stakeholders

• You will work in a Swedish context but need to be able to interact with Telia Group functions, hence you will need to be able to speak Swedish & English

Meriting

• Interest and knowledge in predictive modelling and machine learning

• Experience from subscription based industries

• Experience in cloud based platforms such as AWS

Educational background

• We think you have a background in maths, statistics, economics or industrial economy
