About the team

The Growth Team at Klint is responsible creative beautiful digital experiences through both video and still images. You will be part of a 4-person Growth Team and be the 1 person responsible for all video editing and still image editing. Your work is based on clear-cut briefs from our Creative Manager, who is also responsible for producing all raw material in our studio in Stockholm. This means you are able to work fully remote (if youd like) - but you are also very welcome to work from our office / studio in Stockholm.

About the role

We estimate the role corresponds to roughly 25-35% of a full-time job, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role over time if you are interested and things go well. It is also possible to maintain a 25% pace throughout. In practice the work will be centered around a monthly brief from our Creative Manager consisting of 2-4 videos and 4-5 stills, which are to be created during 1-2 weeks. This means that the work happens during 1-2 weeks of the month. The schedule for this production is planned months in advance and you will know which weeks you are working beforehand.

Responsibilities

• Creating beautiful, inspiring, and educational ad creatives to communicate the Klint brand and offering

• Providing colour advisory to our customers based on Klint colour theory

• Help develop and improve all customer support software we use

• Coordinate with the Operations team on big and small issues to ensure a great customer experience

Who we think you are

• You just love creating beautiful content

• You are picky, detail oriented, and dont want to hand over things youre not happy with

• You love using music and sound in playful and beautiful ways to amplify the messaging in a video

• You have +1 year of experience of editing videos professionally (or are just a born natural)

Minimum requirements

• 1-3 years of working experience in similar roles is positive, but not required

Compensation

• Hourly salary - paid either as an employee of Klint or on a freelance basis. Were flexible on how to set it up as the most important thing is finding the right person
