You will be stationed in Gothenburg and manage our Corporate functions, our Product innovation & development teams as well as coordinating local activities in the EMEA region. About the Role:

As People & Culture Manager you will be strengthening the Employer brand / attractiveness of a modern company through leadership coaching, continuous improvement of the employee engagement and ENPS as well as secure legal compliance in people related matters in accordance with the global framework.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and following up on the Talent Management process in order to secure strategy deployment, fit for purpose organisation as well as the right competence and potential for the future.

You will be representing the people perspective in the assigned organisation. The position reports to the CHRO for Icomera globally. The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator for EMEA as well as the Talent Acquisition Specialist report to this position.


Location and work dynamics:

The position is based in our HQ at Odinsgatan 28 in central Gothenburg, a few minutes’ walk from the central station. At Icomera, we apply a hybrid work environment with flexibility, but with the majority of working hours in the office.


Key Responsibilities

Implement the Talent Management process/the HR Strategy in the assigned area through coaching of assigned managers securing:

  • Position descriptions
  • Professional Development Dialogues
  • Development & Career plan
  • Compensation and Benefits according to market and salary principles. Actively take part in position evaluation work and drive and complete annual reviews
  • Recruitment processes that will secure a diverse and high performing workforce, including a professional talent acquisition process as well as onboarding.
  • Employee Engagement Surveys and follow up
  • Teamwork development / proper conflict management
  • Fit for purpose organisation
  • Support internal communication
  • Data accuracy and support the managers in how to use our tools

Required Competence

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • Relevant Labour Law experience and collective agreements.
  • Computer literate, – knowledge of the HR systems and tools used will be an advantage.
  • University degree in Human Resources or equivalent and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in an international environment.
  • Licensed user of the AON assessment suite or equivalent would also be considered an advantage.
