We need a highly motivated marketer skilled in the latest performance marketing trends, who values brand marketing, and excels in analyzing and executing strategies in uncertain environments.

You will collaborate closely with founders and the management team to refine our customer success strategies, ensuring they align with our business objectives.

What youll be doing:

• Deliver outstanding customer success across all channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience.
• Support the development and implementation of a marketing mix modeling strategy that complements our overall marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and to leverage synergies across the company.
• Provide recommendations for optimization and strategic adjustments based on analytics and performance metrics.
• Act as the e-commerce expert during sales meetings, providing deep insights and support to the sales team to enhance customer engagement.
• Stay on top of whats the latest within the e-commerce marketing sector and leverage knowledge across the company.
• Provide the development team with insights and guidance to ensure Dema becomes an invaluable platform for all customers

Qualifications and experience:

• Top 1% in performance marketing
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles, with a proven ability to support sales teams and manage customer success initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of digital marketing platforms and marketing mix modeling strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting and support high-level sales meetings.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
