Sales Development Representatives are the faces of Woola when it comes to new customers. You say the first hello that determines how the relationship moves forward. No pressure though!

We’re not looking for a sales shark, but we value nothing more than a stand-out personality. It’s no surprise to us that many people say no to us, we work in a start-up after all. What we need is someone willing to get past the ‘no’ with a positive attitude and continue looking elsewhere. And by the way, you won’t be alone! You’ll be working closely together with the Marketing team and your respective Sales Manager to bring home the sales wins.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company in the Nordics
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Help Sales Managers score meetings and follow up on leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals and your personal targets
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities. We use Odoo for this.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry development

The Checklist:

  • You have commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Your English language skills are excellent, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Swedish, Danish or Norwegian is a plus
  • You are ambitious and hungry to learn and challenge yourself to bring to life new and disruptive ideas to approach prospects.
  • You can tell compelling stories that resonate with prospects and differentiate our offer from competitors.
  • You have previous experience in working with customers (no matter the setting) will be a plus
  • You are good at building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
  • You have a desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • You have grit aka perseverance and passion for long-term goals, sticking with them even when the going gets tough
  • You enjoy working in a team and building something together with others
