Immigration Specialist -Sweden 6 months contract starting 01/07/2024


Role is to provide administrative support to the client under the supervision of Team leader and support of senior team member if required.


Primary responsibilities


  • Create of new records in internal system
  • Update the immigration tracker, and internal system on a daily basis
  • manage the creation of immigration service files for all immigration related initiations including for account managed clients with HKKAS and fast.
  • Participate to briefing call with assignee and assess immigration cases.
  • draft applications for submission to the Swedish immigration authorities with specific emphasis on (i) Ensuring all correct supporting documentation is included and (ii) all data/information to be submitted is accurate
  • Manage the day to day activities/workload of the immigration cases.

Create AP, raise job cost and invoicing for submission to finance before deadline date each month

Aptitude

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (in English and Swedish).
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a high-pressured environment.
  • Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet set
  • deadlines.
