VIE Corporate Communications Coordinator - September 2024

What is a VIE? It’s an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens aged between 18-28 recently graduated from University or Business School. To apply for this V.I.E assignment you need to fulfil the following criteria:

• International Graduates aged between 18 - 28 years old with an average of 12 months of professional experience
• Higher education level (master’s degree)
• Fluent in English
• International profile (work experience or studies abroad)
• Eager to continue your career abroad

This is a V.I.E position based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts for 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months. The position is not open to applicants based in Stockholm, Sweden. The Corporate Affairs & Communications team is a culture-driver and story-maker for TAG. We are looking for a 1-year VIE starting 1st of September to strengthen our experienced team. The Corporate Communications Coordinator will increase visibility of communication initiatives within TAG organization, Pernod Ricard network and with external stakeholders as a primary purpose. The role will strengthen the brand PR and media relations function as well as being a key contributor to external and internal events. Responsibilities also include producing and managing corporate assets and channels. Your responsibilities will be: Press Office & external communication

• Global brand PR (Pernod Ricard): support on global brand campaigns and launches as well as responsibilities for a specific global collaboration or smaller launch.
• Localized brand PR: key contact for local launches and events (briefing, developing PR material, approval processes, liaising with agencies, legal, local teams, brand teams).
• Media evaluations: responsible for systematic evaluations (all brands) and performance in corporate social media channels.
• Media contact: support on incoming media queries and forward features – all brands (incl. briefing spokespeople, coordinating with agency and internal stakeholders).
• Global Editorial Calendar: contribute to the Editorial Calendar (content production in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, HQ, agencies etc).

Events The role will be a key contributor to external and internal events for the company. These include sponsorships, partner events as well as employee events. Responsibilities will span from support to planning and execution. Management of assets & tools

• Manage TAG image bank and eco-system; usability and updates of image bank, requests for assets from organization and markets
• Support with photo sessions
• Manage and update TAG website, incl our media room
• Production of company presentations (ppt)
• Manage TAG info mail incoming queries
• Depending on profile: content production for internal channels, eg CSR stories
• Contribute to structure for knowledge management for the function (eg media evaluations, briefings, agency agreements, other assets of interest)

ABOUT YOU You are a very communicative person with strong written and verbal communications skills and a teamwork orientation. You have a creative mind and high level of attention regarding details and accuracy. You are interested in continuous improvements and thrive from working in an international/cross-cultural environment. Your qualifications:

• University Degree/ Business School master’s in communications, or equivalent
• Experience in Communications & Event field and working with agencies
• Experience in social media management
• Working knowledge of systems such as MS Office suite, SharePoint. Experience with Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign is a plus
• Experience from working in a FMCG will be considered as an advantage
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
