What youll do

• Turn data into gold—analyse marketing performance to supercharge demand generation, optimise pipelines, and craft unforgettable customer journeys.
• Operational excellence—own content marketing, events, field marketing, and product marketing with precision and creativity.
• ‍ Be the bridge—work with senior leadership, product teams, finance, and people ops to ensure marketing drives company-wide success.
• Lead the team - coach, upskill and drive a distributed team of marketing professionals towards exceptional performance.
• ️ Achieve targets—achieve ambitious marketing goals (like ARR) while keeping everything running smoothly and within budget.

What Were Looking For

• ‍ ‍ Experience leading and growing a successful marketing function within a B2B company.
• Expert-level knowledge of the modern marketing stack - marketing automation, analytics, CRM.
• A data-driven strategist who can set up and scale an insights-powered marketing machine.
• A collaboration powerhouse with stellar communication skills to inspire teams and stakeholders while delivering bold, impactful marketing outcomes.
