Parts & Accessories Specialist About the job

As a Parts & Accessories Specialist, you will be a part of an important section within the Aftersales department. The role entails ensuring that our dealers receive the support needed, and having a close dialogue with our suppliers. You will be expected to develop the product range and new offers that promote sales.

• Act as Hyundais primary support to our workshops regarding questions about parts and accessories
• Develop routines and processes in liaison with the Head of Section, Parts & Accessories
• Work together with the team towards achieving budgets and reporting and analyzing deviations.
• Have supplier contact and make sure that the agreements with Mobis and other DFS suppliers create the best opportunities for Hyundai to be competitive on the market
• Have close collaboration with the Marketing department with creating campaigns

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

• Financial education, or through work the same experience
• 3+ years’ experience from the automotive industry in a similar role
• Good social and communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Good administrative skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
