Digital Marketing Manager

Illuvium is currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our advertising, SEO, and email marketing efforts for game launches and ongoing game promotions. You will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance to position Illuvium as a leader in gaming.

Illuvium Labs is an independent game development studio based in the UAE. We develop blockchain-based games for the Illuvium DAO. We have developed a strong culture of independence with our team, preferring candidates who can articulate their vision and goals. We operate almost entirely remotely, so each team member designs their hours and work schedule. In the end, all that matters is the delivered product. We hire based on people’s abilities to adapt and change quickly, valuing underlying core abilities above specific skill sets.

• Develop and implement Illuvium’s digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
• Design and manage advertising campaigns for all products and games.
• Optimize and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain players.
• Analyze marketing performance data, extract insights, and implement improvements.
• Develop and oversee marketing funnels with robust tracking (landing pages, conversions, etc.).
• Tailor language and regional strategies aimed at key audiences in top geographic markets.
• Drive market research and regularly report growth metrics and notable changes.
• Manage core contributors, consultants, agencies, and vendors to complete digital marketing projects.
• Ensure quality content production across all mediums for marketing campaigns.

• 5+ years of direct experience in marketing gaming, crypto, or finance brands for domestic and international markets.
• Highly organized and process-oriented with experience scaling digital marketing operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in creating and deploying successful ads and campaigns.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, DeFi, and NFTs in the current market.
