This job is in the IKEA unit responsible for developing, delivering and managing the digital offering for IKEA retailers worldwide, Retail Operation Solution and Support (ROSS).

We are at the beginning of the incredible journey of replacing our current digital offering, by developing a new, global, and future-proof one. The new digital offering will be developed in partnership with the IKEA retailers and creating a unique customer experience by combining user-friendly tools, the latest technologies, and our deep IKEA business knowledge.

Were on the lookout for a Product Owner to spearhead our Corporate & Finance product. In this role, youll be an integral part of our vibrant team, crafting digital solutions that tackle real customer issues. As the Product Owner, youll lead your team in continuous product discovery and enhancement, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs. Your responsibilities will encompass defining the product mission, establishing the roadmap, and balancing requirements from diverse perspectives including business, customer, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery and enhancement efforts, aligning with business and customer needs.
• Craft the product vision and strategy, translating it into a comprehensive product backlog.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IKEA, franchisees, and customers to understand needs and synergies.
• Define requirements, make decisions, and optimize ways of working to maximize business outcomes and customer value.
• Champion agile methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

• Passion and expertise in finance, ideally with experience in the retail industry.
• Well familiar with D365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven track record in delivering impactful digital solutions that enhance customer value.
• Experience in a product owner role or equivalent, with a strong grasp of product-oriented ways of working.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and networking abilities, with fluency in English.

This full-time role (40 hours per week) is based in Malmö, Sweden, within the IKEA Retail concept at Inter IKEA Systems - ROSS. Willingness to travel based on business needs. Youll report directly to the Product Manager.
