We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator with a keen eye for service. Experience in how to operate a switchboard....

- Meet and greet visitors and make them feel welcome and supported during their arrival.
- Provide support and assistance to all internal departments e.g. by coordinating internal lunches or events.
- Handle incoming phone calls.
- Administrate various activities, such as massage, lunch coupons and temporary passes.
- Handle inventory and ordering of office supplies.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Book accommodation, hotel and taxis for guests.
- Coordinate lunch orders.
- Handle internal order requisitions to support the site
- Error reporting to landlord and other building supporting suppliers
- Min 5 years experience from similar position or adequate qualifications
- Ability to deal professionally with people from an internal and external perspective
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in how to operate a switchboard
- Basic computer skills – Office, Outlook. Experience in business systems (i.g. Oracle) is seen as desired skills
- Importance to be flexible and responsive at the same time being service minded and problem solving oriented
