Co-Founder & CTO Role at AI Clone Company (2M in ARR within the year)

Our platform lets users chat with AI versions of their favourite personalities. It sounds simple, but its powerful. I started Orea.ai after a series of successful ventures, from e-commerce to running a marketing agency. Each project taught me something new, but they all confirmed one thing: real innovation comes from solving real problems. Orea.ai does just that. We are on a clear path to 2M in ARR within the year.

The Role:

Were looking for a CTO and Co-Founder. Not just anyone, though. We need someone ready to take our MVP and scale it up. Youll work closely with me to build V2 of our platform, making it better, faster, and more engaging.

What Youll Do:

Develop and Scale: Take our platform to the next level, ensuring it can handle more users without breaking a sweat.

Work with AI: Youll be tweaking and integrating AI models to make our conversations even more engaging. You will also be working on problems like how to handle long-term memory and minimise latency for live audio conversations.

10x Software Engineer: Were looking for someone whos a 10x software engineer with the leadership qualities to match. Youll need to possess the soft skills to lead a dynamic engineering team and the technical acumen to make critical decisions that will steer the companys future. This role is about vision and execution, turning innovative ideas into reality.
