During this time the hull paint will be done and a new interior is being installed. They are out of the water in dry dock and plan on going back in mid 2025…...

A well reputed 90m SY is looking for a Bosun to join them in Germany. They are currently mid way through an extensive refit and will be in the yard until late 2025. They are out of the water in dry dock and plan on going back in mid 2025 with a possible delivery of September 2025. During this time the hull paint will be done and a new interior is being installed.

Accommodation is provided in individual apartments 15 minute bike ride from the yard.

They have 2 Deck crew currently and they are looking for someone with good managerial skills, who can lead by example and take the responsibility of also of managing their warehouse storage of “Everything” that has been taken off the yacht.

Candidates will have previous experience on similar sized vessels, 60+m motor or sail. They must have proficiency in skills such as paint knowledge, correct use of deck products, winch operations, anchoring, mooring, working aloft, safety conscious, client/owner relations, jet tender ops, jet skis, crane and heavy hydraulic ops, understanding importance of SoPs and risk assessments and how to implement to deck crew.


Qualifications required: Yacht master minimum, working towards OOW, min 3-4 years experience

Itinerary: Germany- Extensive yard period

Male/female: Either


Package: DOE

  • 60 days leave
  • Courses paid for on receipt of pass mark – (if leave within 12 months the price of course is paid back (or out of final pay check) 1/12 per month)
