Could you be our future Summer worker in Supply Chain & Planning team based in Västerås, Sweden?

Your future role
Your mission is to express delivery needs to suppliers, warranty and repair orders. You will also follow up deliveries and ensure the availability of goods for Alstom projects and customers.

We’ll look to you for:

• Place warranty and repair orders
• Ensure delivery on time for warranty and repair orders
• Communication with suppliers
• Maintain a routine with suppliers in order to check the status of deliveries
• Maintain delivery dates in ERP
• Track missing parts until stock availability
• Apply appropriate communication routine with suppliers based on their delivery performances

All about you

• Student in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or equivalent
• Team player
• Very good communication skills
• Good time management skills
