The experienced Infor WFM Consultant works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients’ Infor Workforce Management investment is achieved. The primary objective for this role is work with clients and internal Solution Consultants to take business requirements, document design, advice clients on best practice solutions, support all testing phases and deploy the solution as part of the implementation lifecycle. The consultant should be able to lead an Infor WFM implementation project from inception through deployment and deliver client success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with client stakeholders and Accenture project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to Infor WFM
• Be able to lead all phases of an Infor WFM implementation: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry and Infor best practices.
• Proactively identifies project issues and recommend viable solutions.
• Provides content expertise for tool set-up and implementation ensuring a successful and sustainable solution.
• Leads trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff.

Heres what you need...

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years on Infor WFM across modules
• Experience in working in implementation projects across all project phases
• Leadership skills to mentor and develop less experienced internal resources.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills in English
