A fantastic opptunity has arisen f a Technical Suppt Representative to join a leading multinational company based in Helsingbg, Sweden. This is a great chance to wk with one of the wld’s largest furniture retailers and be a part of their digital transfmation journey.
The Technical Suppt Representative will provide comprehensive IT suppt to our colleagues and vends, serving as the primary point of contact f issue resolution and assistance.
Location: Helsingbg, Sweden
Salary: 420,000 SEK per year

Contract: 5 Months
Wk Model: On Site.
Wking hours: 07:00-19:00 from Monday to Sunday

Provide end-to-end suppt via phone, chat, and ServiceNow, ensuring seamless assistance f- users. Register, analyze, pri
- itize, and resolve cases efficiently, adhering to established processes. Maintain standardization by executing daily tasks acc
- ding to guidelines and sharing knowledge with colleagues. Keep users inf
- med on case progress, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Must Have Skills
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Problem solving mindset. Previous Customer Service IT Supp
- t Experience advantageous.
