At Internationella Engelska Skolan (IES) we make a difference in the lives of our students. IES Johanneberg (Gothenburg) opened in August of 2010 with 560 students in grades 7-9. We follow the Swedish national curriculum with up to 50% of teaching in English. We are a school with a clear structure that enables teachers to focus on teaching and where students know what is expected of them. What are we looking for?

• You need to be fluent in Swedish and advanced in English.

• You must uphold Swedish certification (Lärarlegitimation) to teach Craft (slöjd) to students in yr 6 to 9 (11-15 years old).

• You have knowledge of and share the core values of Internationella Engelska skolan´s Ethos

• You have experience and an excellent track record in working with 11-15 year old students

• You thrive in working with your colleagues and always aim to exceed expectations and go the extra mile.

• The subject is taught in accordance with the Swedish curriculum
