We are looking for an additional colleague to join us as a Customer Service Representative within the Health & Medical (HM) Business Unit.
The portfolio includes incontinence products, wound care, compression therapy, orthopedics, skincare products and digital solutions with sensor technology. Distribution channels for the products are pharmacies, medical devices stores, hospitals, distributors and care institutions as well as online.

About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the initial point of contact for external customers whether it is to place an order, assisting with enquiries or resolving a delivery or invoice issue. In this position you will work with the Jobst brand (compression therapy).
You will provide timely and effective administrative support to customers and sales teams, as the primary liaison between customers, Sales & Marketing, and solution specialists. You are responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience following established procedures and guidelines.
This position requires you to build and develop good working relationships with customers. Professionalism is always expected, especially when handling complaints received from both external and internal customers.
Main responsibilities:
Main Point of Contact for Customers as well as Sales & Marketing teams with primary objective being first call resolution for any query or request
Holds the relationship with the Customer and is responsible for providing excellent customer experience and service according to the customer needs and the service segment they belong to
High query resolution proactivity and speed enabled by 360° visibility of all customer interactions for customers assigned to them
Close relationship with sales representative to jointly manage customer requests and queries and supports sales in providing full visibility on customer interactions
Interacts with service specialists where customer queries require deeper knowledge of a specialist area or further investigation
Works with solution specialists to proactively manage exception-based tasks to enhance the customer experience
Required Experience & Competencies:
Previous experience in handling inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers effectively, e.g. in order management or related roles. Preferably you have experience from a role that puts high demand on accuracy and taking responsibility.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Customer Focus.
Ability to manage orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
Team player with a positive mindset and solution oriented approach.
Good communication Skills.
Swedish and English Language skills are a must.
