We are looking for an experienced project manager able to drive complex scientific projects in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders. You have a strong dedication to build value for the hematology/oncology community. You need to be naturally inclined to perform work with care, accuracy and attention to details and carry out to directions, policies, and legal guidelines.

The Scientific Project Manager is to provide back-office support to medical field-based personnel as to ensure compliant and effective project management. The role shall conduct medical review of texts and material and provide medical support for hematology brands. In addition, this role is to be project lead for digital medical projects and undertake impact assessment for issue management in collaboration with experts from the therapeutic areas. The candidate is encouraged to have focus on getting results in the light of a multifaceted and sophisticated partner landscape and successfully tackle problems by continuously searching for areas to improve and innovate.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Close work with Field Medical advisors and Medical Lead to aid execution of key projects.

• Conduct medical review of regulatory texts in close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs.

• Work in close collaboration with experts from the therapeutic areas around approval of marketing materials.

• Drive digital projects within Medical Affairs of the respective country.

• Provide support for the field-based medical affairs personnel.

• Drive Medical Education projects in collaboration with field-based Medical Advisors.

• Remain updated on the current and forthcoming regulatory landscape pertaining to the respective country’s therapeutic area.

• Enhance the use multi-channel communication.

• Act as Field Medical Advisor when working with:

§ Medical review of promotional material

§ Medical review of regulatory texts

§ Events

§ Research related activities, RRAs

To be successful in this role, an open and flexible attitude with an ability to push for actions despite challenges and obstacles is vital as to have a collaborative mindset both within and across functional and geographical areas. You have solid business acumen as well as understanding of the healthcare business landscape and the Ability to swiftly absorb new knowledge and put into practice. Further;

• Be able to set up robust project governance and drive projects within scope, budget, timeline and resources from concept to go-live.

• Be able to effectively work in a cross functional team and drive collaboration amongst various functions requiring a strong interpersonal skill.

• Strong communication skills to reduce complex details to actionable insights shared with the cross functional and core value team on a regular basis.

• Strong understanding of the Swedish market, legal and regulatory environment.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Life Science (required), or equivalent. Preferably a PhD.

• Proficient in Swedish and English language (required).

• Project Management experience and/or cross-functional experience in core functions with a track record of leading and influencing project teams (preferred).

• Experience in hematology/oncology and experience (preferred).
