JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a Experienced Quality Engineer that will increase our knowledge and ability to support our customers demand in the future. Come and join our production team, Sigma Industry Smart AB in Stockholm. We are looking for an engineer who are interested in working in the industry with high pace, clear goals and strong team spirit.

Major changes are taking place in the industry, electrification in the automotive sector is taking place and experiences in that area is considered as meriting.

In your role as a Process Quality engineer, you will work together with our customers to optimize and create added value in their daily operations. In the assignments, you will work with product and process development, quality assurance, both internally as well as at the suppliers.

To succeed in this role, you as a person should be engaged, careful and driven by challenges, as well as feel comfortable in taking on a big responsibility. It is of great importance that you have a positive and social side, easy to communicate and build relationships while putting great value into following processes and regulations. Working both independently and in teams is a matter of high importance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Academic degree in relevant Engineering field such as, Production, Quality, Industrial Economics, Machining, Logistics or Maintenance.

More than 5 years of Work experience as Quality Engineer is a must.

Documented knowledge in Quality standards ISO 9001 / IATF 16949

Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology

Experiences from Automotive Industry is considered as a merit.

Fluent in English, both in speech and in writing other languages is meriting.

You should be able to work independently, structured and take initiative if necessary

You are social, positive and are happy to make new contacts

We would like you to have experience in one or more of the following areas

  • PFMEA
  • Project Management
  • Product preparation
  • Process management
  • Lean (5S, Kaizen, Kanban…)
  • Supplier Quality Assurance
  • Logistic
  • PPAP
  • International experience
