Location: Malmo, Sweden or Delft, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Background

We are on the lookout for a Change lead that will create value through a relevant market and/or retailer change journey and will support the local teams during their individual journeys.Scope of the consultant services

As a dedicated project member towards a retailer and their respective markets, you define - and co-drive with your retailer counterpart - the change journey and its activities for the respective markets.

Main tasks in the assignment -

Define, develop and maintain a change management approach and toolkit, based on best practice

Enable the market transition journey(s) through effective hands-on change management

Connect with stakeholders and maintain high quality relationships with different levels of the receiving organization

Document change approach and activities, and make relevant know-how available

Support project leaders in a successful market transition journey

As part of the wider change team, be the spokesperson for retailer change

Desired knowledge, experience, etc

Experienced in leading change in a global environment

Proven experience with ERP migrations

Proven experience in harmonizing / globalizing processes

Strong understanding of product-oriented development and project implementationStrong communicator, able to bring conceptual discussions down to concrete change activities

Following competences must be fulfilled:

Bringing concepts and/or approaches to reality

Customer-centric in approach

Passion for business development

Job Type: ContractContract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to 400,00kr per hour
