About the team

The Growth Team at Klint is responsible for launching stunning collaborations with profiles and influencers across the Nordics, Germany and Netherlands. You will be part of a 4-person Growth Team and be the 1 person responsible for all influencer marketing collaborations. You are able to work fully remote (if youd like) - but you are also very welcome to work from our office / studio in Stockholm.

About the role

The role corresponds to roughly 25% of a full-time job, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time role after graduation. We adapt the workload based on your school curriculum so that you can still study enough for exams when needed. You will be in touch with influencers and celebrities of all kinds and work with them to create beautiful and unique collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Creating beautiful, inspiring and educational collaborations with profiles

  • Negotiating and collaborating with interested profiles to find a collaboration that works for both parties

  • Help develop and improve all influencer marketing software we use in order to increasingly grow the marketing channel

  • Coordinate with the growth team on big and small issues such as photoshoots, order management, etc to ensure a great collaboration experience for the profile

Who we think you are

  • You love creating beautiful collaborations

  • You love interior design, and have a long list of favorite IG and TikTok accounts

  • You are able to express yourselves very well in writing, and youre not afraid to hop on a phone call with a profile if needed

  • You love being given clear measurable goals, and work hard to realize those goals and make a win for the team

  • You are currently studying marketing, communications, business or similar and have 1-3 years left to graduation
