Head of Operations at Lease a Bike Sweden

At Lease a Bike, an exciting opportunity awaits you to influence and drive success for our expanding business. Here, you will play a key role in optimizing operational performance to ensure smooth internal workflows and satisfied customers.

Responsible for our operational team in Sweden, you will lead the daily operations for the departments four employees currently focusing on Customer Service and Customer Success and ensure they have the best possible conditions to deliver. In addition to daily operations, you will also be involved in strategic issues and continuous improvements to ensure the team and organization can scale up and grow sustainably.

In your role, you will manage multiple touchpoints and lead the dialogue with several key partners such as internal support functions, leasing, and insurance partners. You will also work closely with our other Operations Managers around the globe, who are there to support you along the way. • 3-5 years of work experience in roles such as Head of Operations, management consulting, project management, or similar.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing strategies for business development and growth.
• Strong communication skills in English and a willingness to learn Swedish.
• Previous experience in a start-up environment is advantageous.
• You are currently living in Sweden or are willing to relocate to Gothenburg, Sweden.
