At SAS Facility, were redefining the future of real estate and services in the Nordic regions leading airline. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, were looking for a visionary Real Estate and Facility Manager to help shape and elevate our operations to meet the evolving needs of travelers and employees alike. In this role, youll collaborate closely with the Head of Facility, property owners, service partners, and users to manage daily operations and lead impactful construction projects across our airport facilities and offices. Youll also play a pivotal role in advancing energy and sustainability initiatives while representing SAS as a tenant in dealings with external stakeholders.
Your Impact The scope of your work is as diverse as it is exciting, planning and optimizing airport infrastructure for maximum efficiency. From crafting world-class lounges, optimizing hangars, and enhancing check-in areas to managing specialized workshops and control centers, youll be at the heart of creating exceptional solutions for our customers and employees. As a Facility Manager, youll oversee every phase of a project, including: - Needs Analysis: Identifying the key requirements of stakeholders.
- Planning & Budgeting: Setting timelines and financial frameworks.
- Execution: Collaborating with architects, contractors, tenants, and authorities.
- Negotiation: Acting as the client and managing contracts with external parties.
Additionally, youll monitor external service partners, conduct analytical work, and maintain administrative oversight in our D & V system, Plania. Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing lease agreements and negotiations.
- Leading construction and real estate projects.
- Driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Optimizing space and maintaining operations plans.
- Ensuring seamless collaboration with FM service partners and authorities.
Experience Were seeking a dynamic professional with: - Proven Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in real estate and project management.
- Educational Foundation: A degree in real estate management, construction technology, architecture, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership of your projects.
- Collaborative Drive: A team-focused approach and excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Service Orientation: A knack for understanding diverse customer needs and delivering creative, sustainable solutions.
- Strategic Agility: An analytical mindset with the ability to navigate and lead during change.
- Technical Competence: Familiarity with reading Construction drawings and Architectural plans.
