Senior Onboarding Sales Specialist

Fortums Onboarding team is now looking for a new Senior Onboarding Sales Specialist. Do you have the customer in focus, want to ensure a seamless journey and secure the start-up as quickly as possible for our BC2 and B2B customers? Then join us creating world-class onboarding!


For this position you can be based in both Stockholm and Gothenburg.


About the role

As a Senior Onboarding Sales Specialist you will have the responsibility to support the Onboarding Manager and team in accelerating development through structure, processes and accountability in deliveries. The following is some examples of the areas of responsibilities that are included in your position:

  • Responsible for performing all startup activities to ensure KPI for new customers and new VAS
  • Backup when team-leader is absent or on leave, related to operational tasks.
  • Delegate daily administrative tasks
  • Proactive communication with team and manager, with regards to workload and projects and group needs.
  • Having the main responsibility in maintaining and monitoring tasks related to start up (PoAs, PRODAT-levels)
  • Competence evaluation, and continuous need for development and education in the group
  • Enable discussions related to process improvement, and process mapping.
  • Responsible of training new employees in Onboarding teams
  • Attend in relevant meetings related to Onboarding, internally and externally.
  • Collaboration between business functions and units.
  • Keen on change management in all parts of the organization

About you

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge level in core systems as Perigon/Enoro CX
  • Minimum of two years experience in onboarding-related work.
  • Deep understanding in APIs, integrations and customer journey
