As part of our expansion, it is now time for us to start a new team in Germany to be close to our clients in this region. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in establishing our team culture and setting the direction for success. The team will consist of two Sales Managers and one Customer Success Manager and will initially be fully remote, with the possibility of establishing an office in Germany in the future. Even though you work remotely to begin with, your base is in Germany for you to be able to work closely with our clients in that region.
The Role:
As a Sales Manager at CheckProof, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for prospecting, conducting demo presentations, and converting cold outreach into warm leads. You will build and manage your own customer portfolio, with a focus on administrative tasks in HubSpot, including list building, customer research, and CRM management. You will engage in social selling, creating a strong network and online presence to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Achieving annual sales targets will be a key focus, with regular follow-ups on individual and team progress. Additionally, occasional travel may be required to meet business needs. Your key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential customers and create new business opportunities.
- Conducting product demonstrations to showcase the value of CheckProof’s solutions.
- Converting cold leads into warm prospects through targeted outreach.
- Developing and maintaining your own customer portfolio.
- Managing and updating CRM systems (HubSpot), build lists, and conduct customer research.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience from heavy industries
- Proficient with digital tools
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a bonus
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
- Experience sales is a plus
- Experience in HubSpot is a plus
Other than that we see that you are outgoing, self-driven and responsible. You also have a feeling for the market and a proactive approach to work. We do not think you have to have sales experience as we will teach you all you need to know, your knowledge about heavy industries and the processes there are more important. You have a genuine interest in offering these industries a tool to make their workplaces safer. If you have an understanding of the heavy industries, as well as being excellent in building relationships, this might be a perfect fit.
