User Acceptance Tester - CPQ till Telia

Right now, we are looking for an experienced User Acceptance Tester – CPQ to the Process, Information & CRM team at Telia Sweden. You will be a part of our journey of becoming a new generation telecom operator, creating new ways of working and how we deliver value to our customers.

My name is Charlotte and I lead this team within B2B. The team consists of Process managers, Data Stewards, Business Analysts and CRM Product Owner. We have the process ownership to lead the way to increased process efficiency and harmonization. We have a big focus on user experience and to make our internal processes efficient, while at the same time securing an excellent customer experience.

This is a great opportunity if you love working in the middle of business and IT . You will be responsible for user acceptance testing for our CPQ tool Salesforce Vlocity, and will be a key person in assuring quality in what we develop and launch to our business users.

As a User Acceptance Tester – CPQ in the team you will work closely with our agile IT development streams but also with different business stakeholders, securing that we develop our tool to fit the needs of the business and that the solutions we develop are qualitative and in line with business requirements. You will interact daily with IT counterparts such as system architects, developers and other testers, and co-operate with the Business Analyst and Product Owner colleagues in the team.

Your focus will be to plan, design, and create test cases in the system, execute on them and make sure to follow up on defects. You will work closely with our IT delivery team to provide documentation and insights from the test process.

Is this you?

You have a passion for assuring quality in business processes and supporting tools. To fit the bill, you have worked several years wit h user acceptance testing and test process management for Salesforce . We believe you have a strong user experience focus, and an eye for details.

You are experienced in Agile testing in a changing environment.

Your Experience:

• University education within business or IT
• Strong Salesforce background, 5+ years. Preferably experience from Vlocity CPQ.
• End-end-testing
• Test case management (planning, designing, controlling)
• Thorough understanding of IT development methodologies (SAFe experience is meriting)
• Business analysis experience is meriting
• Fluent in Swedish
