Experience with mini ISM will also be preferred....

A 37m SY is looking for an experienced First Mate to join them in Palma. The coming summer will be Balearic based with mixed charter and private use, and events centring around the Americas Cup.

Candidates need to have prior big boat sailing experience and be able to manage the Deck independently. Experience with mini ISM will also be preferred.

This would suit someone who can take initiative and is looking for more responsibility in their role.
