Vi är ett av Stockholms största hotell med 532 rum, 17 konferensrum med plats för 1000 konfererande gäster, SPA, barer och restaurang.

I slutet på oktober i år så går vår personalmatskock i pension efter många år hos oss. Så nu söker vi dig som älskar att laga god, näringsriktig, varierande och vacker mat till ca 100-120 krävande och väldigt viktiga gäster per dag.

Vem är du? Du bör ha en del års erfarenhet av kockyrket i nacken, inriktad traditionell husmanskost men du bör även ha kunskap i internationell matlagning, nyfikenhet och uppfinnesrikedom värderas.

I tjänsten ingår att:
Tillaga och skriva veckovisa menyer till personalmatsalen innehållande en varmrätt, ett vegetariskt alternativ som byts varje dag, en soppa som kan bytas 2-3 i veckan. Samt en riklig salladsbuffé

Vara behjälplig med varubeställningar

Kontinuerligt ha en dialog med närmaste chef gällande utveckling av produkten

Ständigt utveckla produkten utifrån gästernas behov och önskemål

Tjänsten är på 100%, 40 timmar i veckan, arbetstiderna läggs ut dagtid på ett fast schema, varannan helg ingår.

We are one of Stockholms largest hotels with 532 rooms, 17 conference rooms with room for 1000 conference guests, SPA, bars and restaurant.

At the end of October this year, our staff food chef will retire after many years with us. So now we are looking for you who love to cook good, nutritious, varied and beautiful food for approx. 100-120 demanding and very important guests per day.

Who are you? You should have several years of experience in the cooking profession, focused on traditional home cooking, but you should also have knowledge of international cooking, curiosity and inventiveness are valued.

The service includes:
Prepare and write weekly menus for the staff canteen containing a main course, a vegetarian option that changes every day, a soup that can be changed 2-3 times a week. As well as an abundant salad buffet

Be helpful with product orders

Continually have a dialogue with the immediate manager regarding the development of the product

Constantly develop the product based on the guests needs and wishes

The position is 100%, 40 hours a week, the working hours are posted during the day on a fixed schedule, every other weekend is included.
