Raise the hiring bar: Coach and influence Hiring Managers and HRBPs with data‑backed recommendations on profiles, assessment, and process design; align demand with market reality and ensure crisp, decision‑oriented hiring forums.
Run a tight, high‑velocity process: Orchestrate structured sourcing sprints, keep slates warm, and move candidates from Första touch to offer with urgency—while maintaining excellent candidate experience and rigorous compliance.
Strengthen our employer brand at source: Tailor go‑to‑market messaging for site‑based communities (events, associations, referrals, guilds) and convert brand interest into qualified pipelines, especially for hard‑to‑hire geographies.
Create repeatable wins: Capture what works (messaging, channels, profiles, interview rubrics) and codify playbooks for the broader TA team supporting Construction & Commissioning.
Your background
Proven closer in technical recruitment: Demonstrable results headhunting and closing passive candidates in construction, commissioning, field service, EPC, or industrial engineering environments (agency, in‑house, or RPO).
Hard‑selling, consultative style: Skilled at objection handling, offer strategy, and stakeholder influencing; you’re comfortable challenging assumptions and guiding decisions with market data.
EMEA talent fluency: Experience running multi‑Land searches, navigating mobilization considerations (travel, rotations, sites), and adapting to local market nuances; additional European languages are a plus.
Pipeline and insight led: Hands‑on with talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and funnel analytics (e.g., time‑to‑slate, pass‑through rates, source effectiveness)—and you use them to accelerate outcomes.
