About The Job

With this Tjänst you will lead the Core Technology group, which consists of the Solid Mechanics, Machine Dynamics and Fluid Dynamics teams. As manager, you will oversee the development and execution of advanced numerical simulations, laboratory tests, theoretical analyses and field tests for high‑speed separators, and support sales, service and operations with your technical expertise.

• Lead and manage the Core Technology group.
• Oversee research and development of numerical simulations, laboratory test methods, theoretical analyses and field tests for high‑speed separators.
• Provide technical support and expertise to sales, service and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of performance and capabilities of high‑speed separators.
• Mentor and develop team members.

• Master or PhD in engineering.
• Training and experience in solid mechanics, machine dynamics or fluid dynamics.
• Strong technical profile with genuine curiosity and a desire to acquire new knowledge.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish is a merit.
• Managerial skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to represent and drive technical topics within the Företag.
