Background We are transforming customer journeys to accelerate growth and elevate the overall customer experience. This role establishes the divisional benchmark for journey design and commercial excellence discipline, while scaling best practices across Business Units and the broader marketing and sales organization.
ResponsibilitiesThis Tjänst is based in Lund and will report to the Energy Division Head of Marketing & Commercial Excellence
