Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in SAP Supply Chain (PP/DS) with 6+ years specifically in SAP S/4HANA or APO.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of finite scheduling, capacity planning, and CIF (Core Interface).
  • Implementation: Minimum 2+ full lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Methodology: Experience in Agile or Waterfall, with documentation (Functional Specs, UAT).
  • Experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or APO.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, or Defense.
  • SAP Certification in PP/DS.
  • This role is critical for transforming complex manufacturing requirements into efficient, actionable, and scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end configuration of PP/DS, including heuristics, optimization, and interactive planning.
  • Support & Operations: Manage AMS operations, ensure system stability, resolve complex issues (RCA), and optimize performance.
  • Integration: Configure integration between PP/DS and S/4HANA Core (or APO), EWM, and Quality Management (QM).
  • Business Collaboration: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to map requirements to S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Master Data Management: Oversee master data setups, including Production Data Structures (PDS), resources, and products.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior consultants, manage resources, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
