As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Moving Floor, you will play a key role in driving our technical initiatives and developing the Nästa generation of solutions to meet future needs in sustainable agriculture. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated leader who can help shape and scale our business internationally.
As CTO, you will be part of our management team and have overall responsibility for the departments of product development and research, production, as well as purchasing and logistics. You will work closely with our CEO and lead our technical efforts to ensure that Moving Floor remains at the forefront of the industry.

Lead and coordinate product development projects and technical innovations.
Be responsible for production, including both in-house manufacturing on Gotland and installation projects at customer sites.
Oversee and improve purchasing and logistics processes to ensure optimal cost efficiency and quality.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by communicating technical solutions and establishing trust.

The Företag is innovative and market-leading in the segment of automatic cleaning. The business is located in Gotland and Stockholm. Today, there are about a hundred customers spread from Kanada to China. Our strategy is to build know-how and IP in the Gotland operations and scale up by establishing majority-owned subsidiaries near our major customers, primarily in China and Brasilien. We are looking for someone interested in being part of a very exciting international growth journey within an important sector—our food supply.
