We are looking for an enthstic Content Manager for a parental leave cover (1 year) who is eager to take on the main responsibility to make everyone understand how great and important our products are. As the Content Manager you will be the primary person for any written communication, like press releases, articles, social media posts, web content, or making sure our digital tools are understandable and easy to use. In this role you will work closely with our Marketing & Campaign Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Product Managers and UX-team and report to the Marketing & Innovation Director Sweden. Do you want to do this?

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports Edenreds marketing and communication objectives.
• Initiate, write, edit, and distribute high-quality press releases.
• Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Produce well-researched and informative articles for the company website and other publications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance content effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve content quality and engagement.
• Monitor the benefit market, picking up trends and take ownership to make sure its share to our audience.
• Support the product and UX-team, making sure the written communication in our benefit platform and mobile app is crystal clear.

We believe that you

• Have proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Are a great initiative taker, taking own initiatives to find new insights and present recommendations.
• Are a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• A proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are familiar with SEO best practices and content analytics tools is a plus.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English.
