emagine is looking for a System Manager within Lumera Core Installation to join our banking client in Stockholm. Start date: ASAP End date: 2025-09-26 Location: Stockholm (3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote) FOR THIS ROLE THERE IS A MATRIX

About the assignment:

System Manager to Secure Lumera Core Installation. LIAC is the new core administration solution, built on the Lumera Core system. The System Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing updates and releases: Overseeing the deployment of new releases and patches to ensure systems remain up to date, secure, and operational with minimal disruptions.
• Issue resolution: Promptly addressing system issues and outages, troubleshooting problems, and restoring operations efficiently.
• Backup and recovery: Maintaining reliable backup solutions and developing comprehensive recovery plans to safeguard business continuity.
• Environment setup: Establishing and managing dedicated Lumera test environments to support seamless testing and quality assurance.
• System integrity: Ensuring the integrity, performance, and security of Lumera databases and applications.
• System optimization: Monitoring and optimizing system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring synchronization between Lumera systems and the broader IT infrastructure.
• Documentation and compliance: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for audits and reviews while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of work experience as a System Manager, Database Administrator, or a similar role focused on database and application management
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes, and experience managing containerized applications
• Familiarity with database management systems, application monitoring tools, backup and recovery best practices, and patch and release management
• Understanding of compliance standards, such as GDPR or ISO 27001, along with effective security protocols
• Strong troubleshooting skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience with Lumera
• Experience with Tomcat on Windows
