A growing organization is seeking a Senior Software Specialist with a solid background in PMSM/BLDC motor controller development for wheeled platforms. This position is part of a larger initiative to reduce carbon emissions, embrace circular resource use, and deliver top-tier experiences for end users. Context and Objective The team focuses on designing medium to large products powered by hybrid, fully electric, or traditional engine solutions. A new electric platform is in development, poised to serve professional operators well into the future. This platform will be fully electric, ready for continuous operations, and will support autonomous, remote-controlled, and manually operated modes. Role and Responsibilities You will join a hands-on department where decisions about product features and functionality are shaped in-house. Expect to work with wireless connectivity, remote control, and autonomous technologies, all of which revolve around all-electric machinery. The scope extends from initial concept through mass production. The primary focus is on embedded software, particularly for motor controllers that run on a lightweight OS without file system support. The bulk of the code is written in C, complemented by a few assembler routines. This role requires at least 50% on-site participation.
