ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Content Creator to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Content Creator at CAIA, your main responsibility will be producing both video and image content for our social media channels, paid marketing, CRM, and e-commerce, in alignment with set goals and the marketing plan. You will work closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to create content for various marketing campaigns. MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging content for our social and digital channels.
• Regularly update content for our website, newsletters paid and social media.
• Produce product materials according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing department and creative director to ensure content aligns with our brands standards.
• Help produce content that drives conversions and supports sales efforts.
• Stay informed on social media trends and continuously explore ways to improve content.
• Assist in post-production of images and videos.
• Document events and shoots, both in image and motion.
• Contribute to in-house content productions.
• Experiment with new content formats and formats to see what resonates with our audience.

WHO YOU ARE

• Reliable, with a strong willingness to take initiative and learn.
• Creative with a passion for storytelling through digital content.
• Able to focus on details while ensuring brand consistency.
• Proactive and open to trying new approaches.
• Great understanding of camera equipment, including setup, maintenance, and operation
• Comfortable working with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Knowledgeable about social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Able to manage multiple projects at once, with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborative, with good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Interested in the beauty industry and eager to grow in this space.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a similar field.
