The roleAs Merchant Improvement Manager (Head of Merchant Service) youll play a crucial role in transforming our merchant experience through innovative solutions and practical improvements. Youll lead our SWAT team while working closely with our merchant service partners to ensure excellent merchant support across all levels.
Things youll be doing- Lead and develop the SWAT team, ensuring efficient coordination with first and second-line support
- Act as the key point of contact between the internal SWAT team and external partners
- Develop and implement strategic improvements for support processes
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to create scalable solutions
- Manage complex, high-priority support cases requiring multi-party coordination
- Analyze KPIs and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Experience in merchant services and support operations
- Proven track record in process improvement
- Leadership experience in a technical support environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- An action-oriented approach to problem-solving
- A organized mindset that values progress and excellent planning
- Comfort with iterative improvement processes
