Are you passionate about recruitment and helping organizations attract the best talent while ensuring a seamless and professional experience? Allente is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) for a temporary position to join our team and make an immediate impact!

What Youll Do

• Serve as Allentes recruitment expert, ensuring professional practices and effective hiring processes.
• Coach and support managers on recruitment-related matters.
• Own the entire recruitment agenda and process from start to finish (end-to-end).
• Assist hiring managers with various recruitment tasks, such as writing job ads, conducting searches, screening candidates, and providing strategic guidance.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates interacting with Allente.
• Collaborate with the P&C team on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Continuously improve Allentes recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
