A classic 37m MY is looking for a Deck/Stew to join their team of 5. This is a beautiful boat, private program, and part of a wider fleet of yachts. The position will be multi-faceted and require you to be split between deck duties and the interior. for the most part, when there are no guests on board it will be a deck role, and then more heavily involved in helping with service and housekeeping with guests on. You will be sharing a cabin with the First Mate, so candidates must be comfortable with this. This is a super opportunity for someone who has some prior experience with boats and ideally has some hospitality background. It is a real team effort on board where everyone helps each other when needed. The owners have had yachts for many years, and there is an excellent record of crew longevity and progression within their programs, so this is a role that with time could potentially lead to further opportunities. They will likely be based in Florida for the next few months, with the possibility of a trip in the Caribbean. They will have a short yard period around April/May followed by a summer based out of Newport RI. A B1B2 in hand is preferable but not essential.
