About the role Were now looking for an experienced Backend Developer who can drive the development of our admin tools and customer service solutions. The users and stakeholders for what we build are our colleagues. Youll be working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to build and integrate customer service tools, focusing on our parcel journey system and chatbot solution. Your expertise will shape the core of our customer service offering, and your contributions will directly enhance service efficiency across multiple channels. What Were Looking ForWere looking for a Senior Engineer with at least 5 years of experience. Someone who enjoys solving complex problems, particularly in creating efficient service solutions.
