Los Promotores son profesionales capacitados que brindan atención a los propietarios de teléfonos móviles y electrodomesticos . Su principal responsabilidad es ofrecer atención al cliente de primer nivel, resolver dudas y vender los productos.

Requisitos:

• Conocimiento básico en manejo de tecnología (celulares) y linea blanca. Capacidad para aprender y adaptarse a las actualizaciones y nuevos modelos.
• Competencia en el uso de herramientas informáticas, manejo básico de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Capacidad para colaborar con otros y el personal de la tienda para garantizar una experiencia del cliente sin problemas.
• Se requiere que el candidato esté graduado de la escuela/colegio, no se requiere título universitario.
• Se valora la experiencia previa en servicio al cliente promotoria de telefonia y linea blanca.
