About the role:

Were looking for a Senior UX Designer who is eager to lead by example, driving user-centered strategies and fostering cross-functional collaboration to shape the future of Oneflow. Were seeking someone with the experience, ambition, strategic know-how to influence our products direction and UX practices. This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of key initiatives, drive user research, and contribute to strategic discussions. A key part of this role is hands-on interface design—working closely with PMs and tech to create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished designs in tools like Figma. While AI expertise is not a requirement, curiosity about leveraging emerging technologies to enhance customer value and experience is a plus.

Who you are:

Youre a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of B2B SaaS product development to enhance user experiences and customer value. Ideally, you have experience designing for complex, multi-stakeholder products and enjoy the challenge of understanding intricate user needs and transforming them into simple, elegant designs. Collaborative by nature, you work well with product managers, developers, and marketers to deliver impactful solutions.

• Youre a strong communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly, advocate for users, and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Youre a problem solver who understands that asking the right questions is the key to making great design decisions
• You have designed for B2B environments and understand the unique dynamics of business-facing platforms, including the nuances of user acquisition, onboarding, retention, and engagement in a SaaS context.

What youll do:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process for key projects, from discovery to delivery.
• Lead user research efforts, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, and provide insights that inform the teams decisions on how to attract, activate, and engage our users, helping align UX with product and business goals.
• Work closely with PMs and Tech within a Product Trio, aligning your approach with PoM (Product Operating Model) and ensuring design decisions are guided by ARM tactics (Acquisition, Retention, and Monetisation)
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.

We believe you have:

• Proven experience designing complex digital B2B products and experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma and similar tools).
• Experience in creating and presenting user journey maps, personas, and design strategies.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential applications in UX.
