POSITION OVERVIEW: As the Fabric Assistant, you will support the Raw Material Manager to source and develop fabrics for all Tiger of Sweden product in line with the creative vision, commerciality, business health KPIs and Tiger of Sweden sustainability targets.

The candidate should be a team player, organised, have a can-do attitude and be passionate about fabric and product. An understanding of fabric and/or a textile background is a bonus.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting in all Raw Material Development related activities
• Inputting and updating all data in systems and charts, ensuring 100% accuracy throughout the development cycle
• Ensuring Fabric Lists, overviews and boards are updated and maintained
• Tracking and organising trials, swatches, lab dips and samples
• Cooperation and communication with internal and external partners
• Organising and maintaining the fabric library

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & KEY PARTNERS:

• Raw Material Manager
• Product Team
• Design Team
• Globally based suppliers
• Raw Material Coordinator

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year experience in an administrative or assistant role within fashion
• Degree in textiles or fashion preferred
• Proficient languages skills, fluency in English required
• Excellent organisation and communication skills; able to effectively share information in a clear and concise way
• Ability to prioritise workload, juggle task and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail is critical; ensuring complete accuracy in all tasks
• Team player with a positive and problem-solving attitude

TOOLS & SYSTEMS:

• Microsoft Office
• PLM/PDM systems
• Adobe Suite is a plus
