Job Description:

You will be responsible for conducting a current-state analysis, leading deep-dive interviews and workshops, and transforming insights into future-proof architectural plans. The focus will be on economic architecture and developing a technical roadmap aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct current-state analysis using existing materials, deep-dive interviews, and workshops.
• Develop future-proof architectural plans aligned with organizational needs.
• Lead enterprise/domain architecture initiatives, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Manage and analyze information flows, defining scope and optimizing processes.
• Design and implement economic IT architecture and technical roadmaps.
• Communicate and document complex IT solutions in a clear and structured manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance within large organizations

Requirements:

• Competence Level 4 (9-12 years of experience).
• Educational Background: Bachelors or masters in information systems, Engineering, or Economics, with experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Developer, Enterprise Architect, or Domain Architect.
• Experience in: Conducting current-state assessments and translating insights into actionable architectural plans.
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written).

• Managing and analysing information flows, identifying connections, defining scope, and communicating complex information in a clear manner.
• Economic architecture and developing future-proof technical roadmaps in this area.
