House of Dagmar is a fast growing Swedish based fashion company with a global reach. Since the label Dagmar was launched in 2005, its unconventional and sophisticated style has been widely recognized by the fashion industry as well as the press throughout Europe, United States and Asia and has received several prestigious awards.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of House of Dagmar production team, and gain valuable and realistic hands-on experience in the fashion industry. The internship is located in our Head office in Stockholm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in securing quality by physical tests of the production materials
• Assist with production instructions and measurements lists
• Assisting in measuring and checking samples against specs
• Assist the product manager in keeping track and delivery control of PPS
• Assist with issuing import and export documents, Intrastat
• Attend and assist in fittings
• Making sales books and line sheets for each collection
• Communication and sending out care instruction to suppliers after quality tests
• Secure and mark all the samples and keep order in the closets
• Keeping the collection boards up to date
• Assist in creating the articles in our business system, GARP
• Assist with the day to day needs of the production team
• Responsible for overall office needs, printers, errands, assure general office space looks clean and tidy

QUALIFICATIONS

• Available for at least 3 months
• A student or graduate with a degree in Textile/Apparel or similar focused studies
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Excel
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and be flexible
• Capable of working on own accord, taking responsibility and being a flexible proactive co-worker
