Our Brand & Creative Development team (split between London and Stockholm) is responsible for building robust brand strategies and ambitious development road maps for the artists in Pophouses growing portfolio, transforming them from music brands into entertainment franchises that will engage audiences for generations to come.

What youll be doing

In this role, youll be at the heart of our Brand & Creative Development team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Youll handle logistics, support creative projects, and keep us on top of trends.

Brand & Creative development support:

• • Desk research to support various pitches, projects and opportunities.
• • Updating and circulating the latest presentations, timelines, trackers, and pitch materials.
• • Staying up to date on the latest entertainment, including supporting the team in collating our internal weekly Brand & Creative newsletter.
Coordinating internal and external workshops.

Workstream tracking:

• Coordinating and tracking necessary NDAs for prospective partners and agencies.

• Tracking and chasing incoming invoices and updating budget trackers.

• Keeping our Creative Partner contact list up to date.

• Support the wider team in keeping our shared filing system up to date.

Administrative responsibilities:

• Key meeting coordination - scheduling, circulating agendas, room/venue booking, minute taking and supporting the team with any preparatory materials as needed.

• Supporting on select travel coordination and client entertainment.

• Booking entertainment and attraction tickets for internal / external stakeholders.

Who you are

You have experience managing a variety of partners and senior stakeholders, keeping everything running smoothly while building great relationships. You also have:

• 2-3 years experience in similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and an eye for detail
